Blurb: Together with their families and friends, Paul Auster and Vincent Taylor request the honor of your company at the celebration of their marriage.
Paul Auster and Vince Taylor just want to have a simple wedding. Really, is that too much to ask?
As the big day approaches, they struggle to keep everything from spiraling out of control. From meddling friends and intrusive family, to a certain drag queen’s idea as to what constitutes a normal bachelor party, Paul and Vince have their work cut out for them.
Review: If you’re looking for humor, the At First Sight series is a must read!
Until You is the latest installment in this fun and wacky series, and I loved how it didn’t disappoint when it came to good old fashion belly laughs. Paul is perfect with all his doubts and insecurities, and I love his character because of it. The fact that he doesn’t have a perfect build just makes him all the more human to me. When he starts to wonder that Vince may have doubts about marrying him, it takes a visit to a supply closet to convince Paul beyond a doubt that Vince loves and wants to marry him (I won’t give details, but it was a scene that made me smile big and giggle a few times).
As for Sandy/Helena, that queen is pure evil when it comes to plotting Paul’s bachelor party. OMG, I had a couple of belly laughs over that one! Especially when Sexy Paul came out to play with Vince! I had to look on YouTube for the song that was played, and it was worth the effort. It helped to visualize Paul dancing to it.
When it came to the moment when these two were getting married…Aaaaah Vince, you say the sweetest things. The wedding was adorable!
I’ve read and listened to both Tell Me It’s Real and The Queen and the Homo Jock King—Until You is a wonderful addition to this series, and I look forward to experiencing it again when it comes out on audio. And now I’m curious if TJ Klune is going to give Paul a chance to pay Sandy/Helena back for the bachelor party???
