Blurb: It’s a time for searching, and a time for finding, Pisces: keep casting your line and you will hook what you’re looking for.

Zane has it all planned out: land the perfect Meet Cute, fall in love, and live happily ever after.

Should be simple enough if he put his mind to it. A little creativity and some thinking outside of the box, and voila, he’d be married to the woman of his dreams.

It would be perfect.

And it would be before his visa ran out.

But why are his feelings running wild now that the pressure’s on? Why is his picture-perfect plan turning into a muddled mess of morphed metaphors he can’t make sense of anymore?

Just as well he’s met an English professor to help. And even though their first meet is anything but cute, this down-to-earth teacher may just be the realist Zane needs to ground him and give him a shot at love after all.

Don’t cast your line too wide, Pisces. Your perfect catch may already have bitten.

Pisces Hooks Taurus (Signs of Love #4) is an MM opposites-attract romantic comedy featuring an unapologetic romantic and a broken realist. More wit, banter and bad puns – and even more heart-stopping slow burn! Can be read as a standalone.

Review: “We are all fools in love. – Jane Austen”

Warning: Extreme gushing ahead! Ha! I’m not kidding, though, you guys. I think I had a smile on my face the entire time I was reading this book. Anyta Sunday nailed it with Pisces Hooks Taurus, the fourth book in her Signs of Love series. It is romantic, sexy, funny, so, so clever, and abundantly charming. Sunday hooked me (heh, heh) at the opening Jane Austen quote, and held me until the final sentence. It feels like it’s been a while since two characters have stolen my heart so quickly and so completely. I truly adored this story.

Zane Penn is a hopeless romantic, who believes in love at first sight, fate, marriage, and happily ever afters. He’s been traveling around the States for a while, finally ending up in Redwood, the town where his favorite brother and his expectant wife live. Panic begins to set in, though, when Zane realizes that there is only a month before his Visa expires, and he’s forced to go back to New Zealand. He has one month to find the girl of his dreams, fall in love, and marry. And, he has no doubt that it’s going to happen.

Beckett is newly divorced, still nursing his broken heart, and not at all looking for love. There was certainly no way for him to see Zane coming. But, when Zane needs a place to stay and is given ‘Becky’s’ number by his sister-in-law one night and just appears in Beckett’s living room, Becky was done in. He doesn’t know what to make of Zane at first, with his desperate search for love, and his constant word vomit and eclectic taste, but he soon realizes that he’s quickly falling for him.

I loved, loved, loved both Zane and Beckett. Zane is such a tender heart and so endearingly self-conscious of his lack of book smarts, my heart ached for him in so many places. And Becky is so kind and smart and patient. He really had no choice but to go along with Zane’s bromance plan once he got the idea in his head. I also adoooored Zane’s brother Jacob. Their relationship was so, so special. And, I one million percent LOVED all the smart, punny, fantastic dialogue. There’s too much goodness packed into this book to break down. You honestly just need to go read it. Immediately.

Pisces Hooks Taurus reminded me why I love Anyta Sunday’s writing, and why I love this genre. Zane and Beckett are going to stick with me for a very long time. In fact, I’m sure I’ll be rereading this one soon, just to keep them close. 😉
