Guest Post: Gemini Keeps Capricorn by Anyta Sunday

Hey guys, it’s Anyta here! 2017 is slowly but surely coming to a close, and what a year it’s been! It feels like such an insane amount of stuff happened that it’s sometimes hard to even remember what was going on two weeks ago. But at for romance books, I’m here to help wit my TOP 5 romance recommendations of the year! From sweet to sexy, and from historical to contemporary, there should be something for everyone in there. Enjoy!

Abroad, by Liz Jacobs

What a pleasure it was to read this book! The writing is punchy and the romance was of the sweet, slow-burning kind that I really dig.

An excellent debut by Liz Jacobs, this book features a strong, diverse cast and explores themes of culture and finding oneself. Even better: Abroad 2 is out in January! I can’t wait!!!

Arrows Through Archer, by Nash Summers

Here’s an author to put on your must-read list. Nash Summers knows her craft, and in Arrows Through Archer she delivers a stunning December-May romance.

This is writing at its best, subtle and understated in the most powerful ways. The rural Canadian setting combined with heart-fluttering emotion made this a staggering read. I loved every moment of it.

Noah Can’t Even, by Simon Green

Silly, and OTT, and I loved, LOVED every calamitous moment of this YA novel!

I haven’t LOLed like that in ages. Okay, sure, some of the plot read like a soap opera—but sometimes it really does feel that way growing up. Noah was a fun protagonist to read and gives the story heaps of awesome energy.

Seriously refreshing. Fast-paced and fun. <3 <3 <3 Also, British. Awesomely British.

The Ruin of a Rake, by Cat Sebastian

So sexy! This historical romance really hit me in the feels. I was utterly in love with Mr. Together and Mr. Rogue and couldn’t get enough of their transformation, both mellowing the other out. <3 <3 <3

The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue, by Mackenzi Lee

A rollicking ride! Thank you, Mackenzi Lee, for your wonderfully addictive writing in this Historical YA romance. I was totally sucked into the narrative. And the slow burning romance… don’t get me started! A+!

And there you have them, my top 5 romance recommendations of 2017! And now go and get these awesome books!

Title: Gemini Keeps Capricorn (Signs of Love #3)
Publisher: Anyta Sunday
Release Date (Print & Ebook): December 18, 2017
Book Blurb: Sometimes, one stubborn Capricorn is all it takes…to drive Wesley Hidaka to crazy, flirtatious lengths.

Wesley loves annoying his RA Lloyd Reynolds. He just can’t help it. Lloyd is focused, decisive, grounded. He has this amusing ability to follow rules.

Of course Wesley wants Lloyd to break one…or three hundred.

Sometimes, one diabolically grinning Gemini is all it takes…to have Lloyd laying down the law and marching Wesley straight back to his dorm room.

It doesn’t stop Wesley teasing again. And again. And again…

But damn. Lloyd doesn’t crack easily. He’s full of principles. He’s unshakable.

He’s the perfect friend to have when Wesley needs help. Like with his truant brother and his old high school principal.

Sometimes, one little lie is all it takes… to find Wesley fake-engaged to his off-limits RA.

What can he say? It seemed like a good idea in the moment . . .
